BuildTrustReviews.com is a contractor platform operated by Raprager Enterprises and intended for contractors and trade businesses evaluating homeowner project history and sharing factual project reviews. You agree to provide accurate account information and to use the service only for lawful business purposes.

You may not use BuildTrustReviews to harass homeowners, threaten clients, collect debts, publish personal attacks, or create pressure for payment or concessions.

New contractor accounts may receive a 15-day free evaluation. Evaluation access allows private homeowner searches and search follow-ups. Creating or updating reviews requires adding a card through Stripe.

Paid access is offered at $9 per month or $100 per year. Prices may change for future billing periods, but current customers will receive notice when required by law or payment processor rules.

BuildTrustReviews does not store card numbers. Stripe handles card entry, payment processing, and subscription billing.

You may cancel service from the Account section. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated during the cancellation process.

After cancellation, access may remain available until the current paid period or trial period ends. Fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

Reviews must be based on real contractor work or a genuine project experience. Reviews should be factual, professional, and specific to payment, communication, scope changes, site access, schedule, and project outcome.

Do not post reviews that are knowingly false, misleading, defamatory, abusive, vulgar, discriminatory, sexually explicit, threatening, or unrelated to the project.

Do not threaten a homeowner with a negative review. If a review is deserved, submit it professionally after the project experience.

Positive reviews are encouraged when deserved. A balanced review history builds credibility for the platform and for contractors using it.

BuildTrustReviews may review, reject, remove, edit for formatting, or limit visibility of content that violates these Terms, appears unreliable, includes unnecessary private details, or creates legal or safety risk.

Homeowners or other affected parties may contact BuildTrustReviews to dispute a review. We may ask for supporting information from the contractor, homeowner, or both.

We do not guarantee that every review is complete, current, or independently verified. Contractors remain responsible for their own hiring and business decisions.

You agree to submit homeowner names, addresses, phone numbers, and project information only when reasonably connected to a legitimate contractor review or search.

Do not submit financial account numbers, Social Security numbers, medical information, photos of private documents, or other sensitive information that is not needed for contractor screening.

Information found through BuildTrustReviews may not be sold, scraped, republished, used for harassment, or used for any unlawful purpose.

You retain responsibility for the reviews and information you submit. By submitting content, you give BuildTrustReviews permission to store, display, search, moderate, and use that content to operate and improve the service.

You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that the content does not violate these Terms or another person's rights.

Program name: BuildTrustReviews. Contractors may opt in to receive recurring BuildTrustReviews text reminders, including account reminders, review reminders, referral-related service messages, and contractor workflow reminders.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

You can opt out through account settings or by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. For support, contact support@buildtrustreviews.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Our Privacy Policy at https://buildtrustreviews.com/privacy explains how mobile numbers and messaging consent are handled. We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise provide mobile phone numbers, text messaging opt-in data, or messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Referral invites may be sent only when you have permission to send that contractor a one-time invitation. Do not enter phone numbers for people who would not reasonably expect an invitation from you. Referral recipients can reply STOP to opt out.

Referral credits are promotional account credits and may be changed, limited, or revoked if we detect abuse, fake accounts, duplicate accounts, or misuse of the referral system.

BuildTrustReviews may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We work to keep the service available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the service, submit false information, abuse homeowners or other users, attempt to bypass billing, or create legal, safety, or security risk.

BuildTrustReviews provides information submitted by users and platform tools for contractor screening. It is not legal, financial, credit, collection, or business advice.

You should use your own judgment and, when appropriate, consult qualified professionals before making significant business decisions.

We may update these Terms as the service changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of BuildTrustReviews after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
