BuildTrustReviews.com is a private contractor platform operated by Raprager Enterprises for searching homeowner project history, creating contractor reports, managing billing access, and sending account-related communications.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we share it, and the choices contractors have when using the service.

Contractor account information may include your company name, contact name, email address, phone number, password credentials handled through our authentication provider, billing status, subscription details, referral activity, and text reminder preferences.

Review and search information may include homeowner names, addresses, phone numbers, project details, contractor-submitted reports, search requests, follow-up reminders, and report edit history.

Payment information is handled by Stripe. BuildTrustReviews does not store full card numbers.

Technical information may include browser, device, referral source, pages viewed, security logs, authentication events, and usage activity needed to operate, measure, and protect the service. For basic website traffic analytics, BuildTrustReviews may store first-party traffic events and a hashed version of IP-related data rather than the raw IP address.

BuildTrustReviews may send text messages only to contractors who opt in to receive account reminders, review reminders, referral-related messages, or other BuildTrustReviews service messages.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Contractors can opt out at any time in account settings or by replying STOP. Contractors may reply HELP for help.

We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging opt-in data and consent are used only to operate BuildTrustReviews messaging, maintain opt-out records, comply with messaging rules, prevent abuse, and deliver requested service communications.

We use information to create and manage accounts, verify access, provide homeowner search results, accept contractor reports, process billing, support referrals, send registration emails, deliver opted-in text reminders, respond to support requests, and protect the platform from misuse.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand platform activity, measure website traffic and marketing performance, improve search quality, monitor abuse, and evaluate business performance.

Homeowner and project information is submitted by contractors and is intended for legitimate contractor screening and factual project-history reporting.

Contractors should submit only information reasonably related to a real project, search, or review. Sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, medical information, or private documents should not be submitted.

Homeowner information is not intended to be public marketing content. It is made available only through secured account access and subject to the Terms and Conditions.

We use trusted service providers to operate BuildTrustReviews. These may include Supabase for authentication and database services, Vercel for hosting, Stripe for payment processing, Postmark for email delivery, Twilio for SMS delivery, Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager for website traffic measurement, and security or analytics tools needed to run the service.

These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to us, comply with law, prevent fraud or abuse, or protect their systems.

For clarity, service-provider processing does not permit any service provider, third party, or affiliate to use mobile phone numbers, text messaging opt-in data, or messaging consent information for marketing or promotional purposes.

Contractors may opt in to receive recurring BuildTrustReviews text reminders in account settings. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Contractors can opt out in account settings or by replying STOP. Contractors may reply HELP for help.

Referral invites should be sent only when the contractor entering the phone number has permission to send a one-time BuildTrustReviews invitation to that person. Referral invite recipients can reply STOP to opt out of future messages.

We may store referral invite phone numbers, invite status, message history, referral credits, and opt-out information to operate the referral program and comply with messaging requirements.

We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise provide mobile phone numbers, text messaging opt-in data, or messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers, as part of secured platform features, when required by law, to enforce our Terms, to investigate abuse or security issues, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.

The sharing described in this section does not include sharing, selling, renting, or otherwise providing mobile phone numbers, text messaging opt-in data, or messaging consent information to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Contractor-submitted reports may be visible to other authorized contractor accounts through search results, subject to account access controls and moderation.

We keep account, billing, review, search, referral, SMS, and audit information for as long as needed to operate the service, support legal or business obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain report integrity.

Some information may remain in backups, logs, or audit records for a limited period after deletion or account closure.

We use technical, administrative, and vendor-supported safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.

No internet service can guarantee perfect security. Contractors are responsible for using strong passwords, protecting account access, and notifying us if they believe their account has been compromised.

Contractors can update account details, change login email where supported, cancel service, opt in or out of text reminders, and contact support about account or review concerns.

Requests to correct, remove, or dispute review information may be reviewed for accuracy, platform integrity, legal obligations, and the rights of other parties.

BuildTrustReviews is intended for contractor businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the service changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of BuildTrustReviews after changes means you accept the updated policy.
